Edwin H. Feller is the Republican candidate in the 2026 election for Washington's 2nd congressional district, which stretches from the Canada-United States border to the northern Seattle metropolitan area and includes Bellingham and Everett.
The seat is held by Democrat Rick Larsen, who was re-elected with 63.8% of the vote in 2024. In Washington's top-two primary, Feller finished second with 68,713 votes, or 32.8%, behind Larsen's 42.3%, while Democrats Tomas Scheel and Devin Hermanson were eliminated.
Another Republican, Raymond Pelletti, withdrew from the race. Feller faces Larsen in the general election on November 3, 2026.
