Nancy Mannion, a registered nurse, is the Democratic nominee in the 2026 election for Pennsylvania's 11th congressional district, which is based in Pennsylvania Dutch Country and includes all of Lancaster County and the southern half of York County.
Mannion ran unopposed in the Democratic primary and received 41,107 votes. The incumbent is Republican Lloyd Smucker, who has held the seat since 2017 and was reelected with 62.9% of the vote in 2024. Mannion faces Smucker in the general election on November 3, 2026.
