Joseph Cinquemani, an attorney, is the Republican nominee in the 2026 election for New York's 16th congressional district. The district is based in southern Westchester County, including Yonkers, White Plains, New Rochelle and Rye, and it also includes Co-op City in the Bronx.
The seat is held by Democrat George Latimer, who was elected with 71.5% of the vote in 2024 and is the Democratic nominee again in 2026. Cinquemani faces Latimer in the general election on November 3, 2026.
